Todd S. Frank grew up in Houston and has been with WattThompson since 2006. He received his undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio (B.A. English/Political Science 1995) and his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston (J.D. 1999).

Mr. Frank primarily handles complex Commercial and Oil and Gas Litigation as well as other Catastrophic Accident cases, including massive Property Damage (e.g. refinery explosions, fracture stimulation vehicle fires, vessel sinkings), Personal Injury and Wrongful Death claims. He also handles matters that arise from Contracts, Trade Secrets, Intellectual Property and Corporate Officer and Director responsibilities. Mr. Frank has significant experience in Tort Litigation, including, Maritime/Admiralty, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Products Liability, Fraud and Consumer Statute cases.

In 2008 and 2010, Mr. Frank was recognized through voting by his peers as a Texas Rising Star for Energy and Natural Resources Law by Thomson Reuters (published in Texas Monthly).
