Andrew B. Raber

Andrew B. Raber joined WattThompson in 2016 and represents clients in oil and gas litigation with a focus on upstream and midstream. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew clerked for Justice Brett Busby at the Fourteenth Court of Appeals and served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. While in the JAG Corps, Andrew prosecuted numerous criminal jury trials, represented the US in tort and contract claims, and deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Andrew graduated from South Texas College of Law in the top 5% of his class. He was a member of the South Texas Law Review and competed in multiple moot court competitions throughout the country as part of the school's top-ranked advocacy program. He received awards for the highest grades in Legal Research & Writing and First Amendment law.

Andrew is admitted to practice in Texas state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
