André deLaunay is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, and has been practicing law in Texas since 2005. His practice is focused primarily on upstream and midstream oil and gas litigation, complex business disputes, as well as Texas employment law and securities industry disputes related to business transition, regulatory compliance and customer disputes. Mr. deLaunay advocates for clients in all phases of litigation, whether in court or various arbitral forums.

Additionally, Mr. deLaunay has significant experience across many different jurisdictions, having practiced in various state and federal courts in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. deLaunay worked as a management consultant to mid and large-size companies, assisting with business process reengineering and large-scale software implementations.
